Waiver: I, the undersigned, assume all risks and hazards coincidental to league activities and hereby release, absolve, and hold harmless Cherokee County Board of Education, Cherokee County Employees, Etowah Tip Off Club, Eagles 7^th & 8^th Grade Recreation League, Etowah Youth League, organizers, supervisors, coaches, volunteers, participants and persons or parents supervising or the transporting participants to or from such activities from any claims for loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in the Eagles 7^th & 8^th Grade Recreation League. Registration Fee: $135.00 Make checks payable to: ETOWAH YOUTH BASKETBALL Registration fees can be paid at skills assessments in the ET Booth gymnasium on October 31st, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or November 1st, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If payment is not received by 4:00 PM on November 1st registration will be voided.
