Etowah Students LOVE Final Exam Survival Kits!!!

The Etowah High School Foundation is pleased to offer Final Exam Survival Kits to the students of Etowah High. By purchasing a Survival Kit for your student, you will not only be supporting your student, but you will also be supporting the efforts of the Foundation.

Final Exam Survival Kits, loaded with fun and helpful items such as pencils, snacks, juice, and a stress-relieving surprise, are delivered to students prior to final exams. Best of all, included in the kit is your own personal note to show your care and support. Simply complete the message form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll take care of the rest.

To be sure that your student receives this care package, fill out the order form below and return it along with a $10.00 check made out to Etowah High School Foundation, Inc. Your completed form and payment may be hand delivered to the school office or mailed to: Etowah High School Foundation, Inc., P.M.B. 265, 1025 Rose Creek Drive, Ste. 620, Woodstock, GA 30189. All orders must be received by Wednesday, May 10, 2005. Please note: If you have more than one student for whom you wish to purchase a kit, please duplicate this form so that you may write a personal note to each child. Extra copies of this form are also available in the school office and on the Foundation’s website @ www.etowahfoundation.org.

The EHS Foundation would like for every student to have the opportunity to receive a Survival Kit. We know there are times when financial constraints can prevent participation in such a program. Please talk to our Principal, Mr. George Alexander, if you know of a child who may need some support, but for whom the funds may not be available. If you wish to sponsor a child, you may include an additional $10.00 with your payment.
